Every BOTG event features a chef-curated menu that changes with the season. Below is a sample of what to expect — the actual menu for each event is revealed one week before.

The BOTG Experience

Our food is not an afterthought — it is the centerpiece. Every dish is prepared fresh on-site by our culinary team using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. We partner with area farms and artisan producers to create a menu that feels both elevated and comforting. Whether you are grabbing a plate before your first tee or sitting down for a full brunch spread in the clubhouse, every bite is intentional.

Chef's Philosophy

Our culinary team believes that great food starts with great ingredients and a deep respect for the seasons. We do not overcomplicate things — we let the produce speak for itself. Every plate is designed to feel special without being fussy. This is brunch, after all. It should feel celebratory, comforting, and just a little indulgent.

We work with local farms and purveyors to source the freshest ingredients possible. Menus are developed weeks in advance and refined right up until the event, because the best dish is always the one that uses what is at its peak.
